Brief Description

This apprenticeship role is ideal for individuals interested in combining technology, consulting, and customer engagement. You will work alongside experienced engineers and consultants to design and deliver solutions for customers, helping them use technology to solve real-world challenges.

Qualifications Required

- You have to be 18 years old and over and must have lived in the UK / EEA for the last 3 years
- You can’t already have a degree which is too similar (e.g. Computer Science Degree)
- Must have GCSE Maths and English (Grades A-D or 9-4) (or equivalent)
- Must have 3 A Levels or BTEC Level 3 or a Level 3 Apprenticeship (or equivalent)

Personal Qualities

Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites

Training to be Provided

Our Level 6 standard is integrated with a degree in Digital & Technology solutions which is validated by the Open University. Each cohort spends their first 5 weeks at college taking part in our Launchpad training.

This training not only covers modules for the degree programme but also ensures to prepare you for the workplace. Following the Launchpad training you will return to your employer for 7-8 weeks returning to Ada for one-week blocks on a rotation basis.

With support and training, you will:
● Work with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and workflows
● Support the design and development of technical solutions and applications
● Assist in building and testing software using tools such as Python or JavaScript
● Help integrate systems using APIs and existing platforms
● Support deployment of solutions and ensure they meet user needs
● Document solutions and contribute to user guidance materials
● Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, delivery)

As you progress, you will begin to:
