Brief Description

In our fast-changing world, it takes intelligence to run a consistently successful business. You?ll provide that intelligence, designing data-driven programmes, in partnership with your board-level clients, using some of the most innovative technologies around.

Qualifications Required

You will need to have obtained or be studying towards at least 260 UCAS points (pre 2018 A level results) or 104 UCAS points (2018 A level results) (or equivalent). One of these must include a B or equivalent in a STEM subject. You must have achieved at least a grade 4 (C) in English language and a grade 6 (B) in Maths in your GCSE (or equivalent) and be available to join us in February 2022.

Training to be Provided

Our apprenticeship goes beyond the Level 4 standard and includes a Foundation Degree in Digital Innovation which is validated by the Open University. Each cohort spends their first 6 weeks at college taking part in our Launchpad training.

This training not only covers modules for the degree programme but also ensures to prepare you for the workplace. Following the Launchpad training you will return to your employer for 7-8 weeks returning to Ada for one-week blocks on a rotation basis.

Future Prospects

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship an offer for permanent employment may be available.

Your professional experience
Our clients engage us to define and implement complex data solutions from idea through to delivery and run. Our Global Analytics & Cognitive practice brings together teams at the cutting edge of analytics, automation, AI and data to deliver marketing leading solutions for our clients. We are structured into 4 teams. As part of these teams, you will develop a number of skills building upon your studies and previous professional experience.

AI Insights & Engagement

We help out clients develop and embed an analytical culture. We support CDOs, Heads of Analytics, Reporting and Insight to identify how a business may need to adapt to become analytical, allowing them to be more agile in their approach to data and technology, and unlock valuable insight.

Some of the areas we focus on are:

? Data analytics strategy and roadmap development

? Target operating model definition

? Data analysis and data science

? Data visualisation

Data & Analytics Modernisation

Without data it would be impossible for our client?s to run their businesses. In order to facilitate the generation of new insights and take advantage of new opportunities in analytics, AI, and automation, our clients must invest in robust data platforms. We specialise in structuring, transforming, sourcing and data solutions to help our clients maximise the value from their data. We imagine, deliver and run innovative data solutions that help our clients solve complex challenges and maximise the value of their data.

Robotics & Intelligent Automation (R&IA)

As a member of A&C you can expect to form a core part of our agile teams and undertake a number of roles across client projects. As an analyst on the technology pathway you will be involved in:

? Translating our client?s critical business and data requirements into technical solutions.

? Sourcing, cleansing and combining data sets for analysis.

? Interrogating structured and unstructured datasets to understand trends, generate predictions and insights that answer our clients critical business question.

? Using market leading tools to visualise complex data trends and create visual real-time dashboards that create a narrative around insight.

? Using programming languages to prototype, build and test data, analytics and automation solutions
