Brief Description

Depending on your technical expertise, your passion to uncover business challenges and your inclination to present to customers you?ll get to do ONE of these three options (1) Solution Consultant (2) Functional Consultant (3) Technical Consultant.

Qualifications Required

All applicants must:
? Have the right to work in the United Kingdom and been a resident in the UK/EU for at least 3 years
? GCSEs or equivalent with Maths and English at grade 4 and above (A-C).
? Plus one of the following:
o 3 A*-C at A-level or Equivalent (STEM subject is an advantage, but not necessary)
o BTEC National or NVQ/SVQ Level 3
o Completed Advanced Apprenticeship (level 3)

Training to be Provided

Our Level 6 standard is integrated with a degree in Digital & Technology solutions which is validated by the Open University. Each cohort spends their first 6 weeks at college taking part in our Launchpad training.

This training not only covers modules for the degree programme but also ensures to prepare you for the workplace. Following the Launchpad training you will return to your employer for 7-8 weeks returning to Ada for one-week blocks on a rotation basis.

This program offers a unique opportunity to combine classroom and work-based learning during 3 years, you?ll spend 20% of your time at Ada, the National College for Digital Skills and 80% at Salesforce (London). All the content covered at the college and the work experience will contribute towards a BSc Honours program in Digital & Technology Solutions. During the program, you will be exposed to:

? Support senior members of the team with their projects
? Build your network with your cohort and other cross-functional roles
? Acquire official industry-standard Salesforce certifications

THE ROLES
Solution Consultant - Works closely with the sales team. Responsible for leading the solution designing throughout the sales cycle, as well as delivering insights and recommendations to companies looking to transform their customer's experience.
Responsibilities:
? Prepare and deliver technical demonstrations to customers
? Work with sales on customer engagements & own the technical know-how
? Prepare & run session to identify customer needs

Functional Consultant ? Translate customer needs into tech requirement. Assists with the rapid development, testing, and roll-out of programs. The candidate will collect and prioritize detailed requirements, assist with data analysis, translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, and coordinate with our team on sprint planning.
Responsibilities:
? Define User Stories and ensure progress that meets customer expectations
? Configure the platform based on User Requirements and Design
? Participate in the Go-Live process, focused on test planning & execution
? Prepare, execute, and review workshops to identify customer needs

Technical Consultant ? Develops hands-on technical knowledge. Focuses on a particular technical area. Examples are REST-based integration or Workflow rules. The TC is a key resource collaborating with Strategic project team members to deliver digital & transformative solutions for our customers.
Things core to the role:
? Become a subject matter expert on a particular technical area
? Continuously evolve your expertise, in areas such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban
? Support the projects team in the delivery of a technical solution including elements like technical deployments
