Brief Description

You will be joining a rapidly growing and highly skilled company of data scientists, programmatic & social traders and ex-agency client leaders with truly global aspirations to revolutionise how data is harnessed at all stages of a campaign’s lifecycle. From strategic planning, campaign activation and business level insight reporting.

Qualifications Required

- You have to be 18 years old and over and must have lived in the UK / EEA for the last 3 years
- You can’t already have a degree which is too similar (e.g. Computer Science Degree)
- Must have GCSE Maths and English (Grades A-D or 9-4) (or equivalent)
- Must have 3 A Levels (One to be Maths or Maths Related Subject at Grade C or Above) or BTEC Level 3 or a Level 3 Apprenticeship (or equivalent to or more than 96 UCAS points in Post 16 Qualifications)

● Strong oral and written communication skills
● Self motivated able to use your own initiative as well as being highly organised with a keen eye for detail
● Enthusiastic and driven to deliver in a dynamic, fast paced environment

Training to be Provided

Our Level 6 standard is integrated with a degree in Digital & Technology solutions which is validated by the Open University. Each cohort spends their first 6 weeks at college taking part in our Launchpad training.

This training not only covers modules for the degree programme but also ensures to prepare you for the workplace. Following the Launchpad training you will return to your employer for 7-8 weeks returning to Ada for one-week blocks on a rotation basis.

Future Prospects

Study and work towards the completion of a Digital & Technology Solutions Professional (DTSP) Level 6 Degree and will meet the criteria of the ‘Data Analyst’ pathway. This is made up of technical training, workplace projects, off the job learning and an end point assessment

● Development and deployment of data to produce client proposals and algorithms
● Understand how analysts and data scientists support business decisions with Analytics, Algorithms and Reporting
● Support development opportunities to improve working processes through automation efforts.
● Support the business through analytics and reporting to drive business decisions
● Work as part of a team share knowledge with colleagues and present your work, contributing to a learning culture

The Apprenticeship:
As part of this apprenticeship, you will study and work towards the completion of a Digital & Technology Solutions Professional (DTSP) Level 6 Degree and will meet the criteria of the ‘Data Analyst’ pathway. This is made up of technical training, workplace projects, off the job learning and an end point assessment.

The role will require you to work 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, with 1 week in approx. every 8 spent training with Ada, The National College for Digital Skills.
