Our Data Analytics Degree Apprenticeship

On this three year programme you’ll develop the technical, practical and professional skills to launch your career in Data Analytics. As an apprentice, 20% of your time will be spent studying towards a BSc Honours degree apprenticeship in Digital and Technology Solutions. In the other 80% you’ll have the chance to apply your learning across a wide range of business functions. As part of your employment package, you will receive a full-time salary of between £26,000 and £32,000 depending on experience. We offer hybrid working, with three days a week onsite at our new building in London Victoria.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be involved in data management from day one, supporting a range of teams including Information Governance, Finance and Data, Human Resources, and our Alumni Programme. Gradually your responsibilities will expand as your skills develop.

To give you a flavour, to begin with you might

Support our information governance strategy by helping to maintain our data protection records
Work with the finance and data team to make sure our student records are accurate and up to date
Help us understand our impact as a College by collecting, cleaning and analysing data from our alumni network

Then, as your technical skills grow, you can expect to put them into practice by

Building custom dashboards using Google Looker Studio to interrogate and visualise data
Writing advanced SQL queries to get colleagues the information they need when they need it
Developing pages for data@ada, our bespoke data and reporting system, using Python, Dash and Pandas
