Over the course of this, initially two-year fixed term contract, you will spend approximately. 20% of your time training with Ada, The National College for Digital Skills, through a blend of remote and face to face training at their campus in central Manchester or London.
The rest of your time will be working in engineering teams at Moneysupermarket group, helping to build, test, deploy and maintain services used by millions of people across the UK. We will also supplement your learning with Ada College developing your skills in practices and technologies we use.
As part of the process, you will need to be available to join us in a permanent capacity on Monday 10th April 2023. You will join us for a week on onboarding, and then begin your course with Ada on Monday 17th April 2023.
We will be holding assessment days during the week commencing 13th March 2023 and you will need to be available for an in-person assessment during this time.
What will my role look like?
Start with your induction with Moneysupermarket and then begin your initial 6 weeks of training with Ada college
Within 3 months you’ll be:

Meeting with your team and peers, building relationships and learning how we work.
Diving into our technology & our products by coding with engineers in the team.
Doing supplemental training, supported by your mentors and peers.
Learn how we operate, our principles, history and where we’re heading.
Longer term, you’ll:
Collaborate with all members of your team and work hands-on through all stages of software development delivery.
Continue to develop and grow your ability to start to contribute more to team delivery.
Spend 20% of your time (in 1 week blocks) training with Ada.
Once you’ve completed the initial two-year programme, you’ll graduate and have the option of an additional third year of study.
